As an Adobe Intern, you'll access socials, corporate social responsibility events, learning and networking opportunities! You'll also be assigned a dedicated Manager to support you throughout your time within the business.
Internship Details:
- Location: Reading/ United Kingdom

- Eligibility: Open to candidates who are graduating in 2026 - you must currently be in your 2nd year of university doing an undergraduate degree
- Hybrid: 3 day s per week in the office, 2 days per week work from home

Adobe’s Legal department is looking for a legal intern to join the EMEA Legal team for 3 months in the summer of 2024 (June -August). This intern-level position will be based in the UK and will work on a broad range of business matters requiring legal support. The successful candidate will be exposed to a diverse range of legal issues and will have the opportunity to gain experience with a variety of agreements and projects.

What You’ll Do
- Work with the EMEA Legal team supporting a broad variety of legal work including software licensing, procurement, professional services, intellectual property, privacy and legal research assignments.
- Work in collaboration with legal counsel to review and draft confidentiality agreements, statements of work, procurement services agreements, RFP/RFI documentation, and related activities for the support of these and other transactions.
- Cooperating and working closely with other legal team members in Reading, Dublin, Paris, Munich, Stockholm and Bucharest and Brazil.
- Collaborate and work closely with other teams in Adobe such as Sales, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering, and Business Unit teams as needed to support revenue-generating transactions and address corporate policies/processes and legal issues as they arise.
- Work on project assignments based on the training that will be provided by Adobe.
What You Need To Succeed
- Currently in your second year at university or a year before graduation, completing a Bachelor of Law degree course or a degree in legal and business studies.
- Affinity for technology-related issues and commercial contracts.
- Broad knowledge of legal processes and terminology, conduct basic legal research.
- Proficient use of MS office applications; comfortable using technology in general, and easily able to learn and successfully use multiple software systems and applications.
- Possess the ability to compose correspondence and draft legal documents in an organized manner and using clear and concise language.
- Attention to detail; a positive, problem-solving, business-focused attitude; exercise of good judgment and the ability to prioritize substantial workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills whether with co-workers, vendors or customers alike, and a dedication to customer service.
- Proficient English. Ability to speak Arabic and other languages being a distinct advantage.
- High degree of flexibility and ability to adapt quickly.
- Good sense of humour!
