Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Housing Support Worker at The Forward Trust in Kent. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing assistance to individuals seeking recovery, offering technical support, implementing safeguarding measures, and fostering strong interpersonal relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and training in safeguarding practices
• Ability to provide technical support to individuals in recovery
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Empathy, patience, and understanding towards individuals in recovery
• Experience in the healthcare or social work industry is a plus
• Relevant certification or degree in a related field
