Skanska are looking for a dedicated and skilled 4D Planner to join our team and support the delivery of this exciting project. In this role, you will work closely with planning and operational teams to develop integrated 4D programmes and animations, helping to clearly communicate project delivery methods.

- Health & Safety: Incorporate safety considerations into planning processes, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Promote a safety-first culture across the project team and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communication & Quality of Plans: Deliver clear and accurate 4D models that communicate the project programme, highlighting key activities and risks. Participate in team meetings, challenge delays, and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather essential information. Build strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure integration of their activities into the project schedule.
- Transformation: Support the digital delivery strategy, engage with the wider engineering community, and embrace new technologies to enhance project performance.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proficient in 4D planning software such as Autodesk Navisworks or Synchro.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, planning principles, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in managing detailed project schedules and integrating time and 3D models.
- Expertise in using 4D planning tools to develop and monitor project plans.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
- Strong attention to detail in creating accurate and high-quality 4D models.
- Comfort with presenting, influencing, and negotiating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
