Cognizant Moment is the Retailer Marketing Agency for BMW Group, and we work with the BMW, MINI, Rolls-Royce and BMW Motorrad brands to deliver marketing campaigns and consultancy to their network of Retailers.
As an Account Manager at Cognizant Moment, you will drive delivery of projects for BMW Group (specifically BMW and MINI business units) and Retailers. You will be the main day-to-day point of contact for the client through the project lifecycle; communicating, troubleshooting and advising the client on different elements of the projects. You’ll work with other internal teams including strategy, production and studio to create excellent, impactful work.
Excellent client management skills are essential, as you’ll be working collaboratively with internal teams, BMW Group’s external partner agencies.
The Role
- Project-manage delivery of campaigns including:
- Interrogating client briefs and writing internal studio/creative briefs.
- Managing the statements of work process including client approvals
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of a projects such as creative ideation, digital and social assets, and print production
- Manage client feedback and amends through studio.
- Ensure work is delivered on brief to the expectations of the client.
- Play a pivotal role between Cognizant Moment’s internal teams and BMW Group’s partner agencies to deliver aligned national to Retailer strategic responses.
- Monitor campaign and project performance, timelines and budgets and report on these regularly to the account director and the client.
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients (BMW Group & Retailers), building and maintaining strong working relationships so that they trust and value your opinions.
- Liaise with clients regularly (responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking, managing milestones and approvals)
- Planning and leading pitches and presentations to the client.

- Project management skills: with experience of managing delivery, budgets, estimates and schedules.
- Strong client management skills, with the proven examples of adding value to clients or customers through innovative services or strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for improving processes.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver marketing campaigns and projects
Desirable
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Experience of running large projects from end-to-end
- In-depth understand of off and online marketing.
- Experience of automotive and/or Retailer marketing
