We are now recruiting for an Account Manager to join Sciterion.
The role
Work closely with Account Directors and Account Executives, as well as senior members of the team, on a variety of projects to ensure successful and timely planning, development, and implementation of project deliverables to the highest quality standards. Account Managers will provide direction, support, and coaching to Senior Account Executives.
You will be a primary point of contact for our clients, in conjunction with the account lead, providing updates, managing day-to-day project elements, and working around any changes to planned activities that may occur.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary point of contact for specified clients
• Take full ownership for the day-to-day delivery of all assigned client projects
• Ensure effective communication of project briefs to the wider team
• Ensure all projects are on brief when delivered in line with the client's expectations
• Ensure the timely delivery of all projects
• Provide effective updates to the client on an ongoing basis throughout the project
• Manage all financial responsibilities as agreed to deliver the client's project on budget
• Work in partnership with the Account Director and senior leadership to develop client relationships
• Taking a leading role in the approval process and ensuring quality control
• Build an understanding of the required client brands and disease areas
• Support the relationship, and interact, with key opinion leaders across the industry
You will bring:
• Proven experience in client account handling from a medical communications agency background with a focus on the pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors
• Confident communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook
