Your Role
- Understand customer strategies and translate them into actionable plans for Symrise.
- Build innovative business models to drive growth and acquisition.
- Leverage industry networking and market knowledge to advance Symrise's interests.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and key initiatives.
- Co-create deliverable growth strategies with Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and global teams.
- Drive the Key Account's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and growth priorities.
- Achieve sustainable, profitable growth by delivering on strategic plans.
- Monitor gross profitability and ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead global sales growth and budgets, ensuring accurate use of CRM and forecasting tools.
- Act as the primary contact for major briefs and strategic projects.
- Set pricing strategies that optimize value for both Symrise and the customer.
- Oversee key projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Resolve complaints promptly and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and lead a high-performing customer team with clear accountability.
- Develop a succession plan and inspire support teams to align with customer strategies.
About You
- Extensive experience as an Account Manager within the Beverages sector, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics, trends, and challenges.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, ideally with an established network of customers and industry contacts.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver sustainable growth.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of fostering trust and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, manage complex projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficient in leveraging CRM systems and data analysis to forecast sales, monitor performance, and drive decision-making.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and delivering value to customers.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
