Hilton is seeking a Manager of Luxury Sales to manage a portfolio of Luxury accounts located in the UK & I region. The Manager, Luxury Sales will be responsible for developing relationships and growing revenues from UK based luxury agents and supporting the Luxury team with business development and projects. The individual will represent the global portfolio of Hilton Luxury Brands (Waldorf Astoria, NoMad, LXR, Conrad & Signia).
What will I be doing?
- Maintain and build the strong network of Luxury customers in the UK market and drive revenue from these accounts to Luxury hotels globally.
- Create a strategic customer engagement plan to build a loyal customer base to Waldorf Astoria, NoMad, LXR, Conrad & Signia brands.
- Represent Hilton Hotels at industry trade shows, special industry events, roadshows, and other activities to elevate customer awareness of Hilton to drive segment growth.
- Represent Hilton Luxury Brands at key luxury travel industry events and tradeshows in market (ILTM, Virtuoso, etc.)
- Establish Hilton Luxury Brands awareness and loyalty in market by directly selling to luxury travel agency partners.
- Identify and qualify new Hilton for Luxury partners in key EMEA markets.
- Collaborate closely with hotels to ensure smooth handover of inquiries from key luxury travel agency partners.
- Ensure revenue and ancillary goals/targets are achieved.
- Support the Luxury Sales EMEA team for ad-hoc projects.
- Build positive internal and external relationships to influence people.
What are we looking for?
- Experienced within the Luxury and Travel Industry Market with well-established relationships already in place
- Experienced in hospitality industry would be preferred
- Ability to travel internationally
- Global experience
- Proven success working in a matrix organization
- Hilton Luxury experience is advantageous
