Description
The Invoice Administrator is responsible for the distribution of all invoices and to support the Credit Controllers where required.

The role is well suited to someone who would like to develop further in a finance role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing the distribution of emails from the generic email accounts
  • Printing and posting of all invoices raised
  • General ad-hoc administration duties
  • Support the Accounts Receivable team with query resolution
  • Reconciling invoice data

The ideal candidate

Essential

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry
  • Ability to work towards and achieve deadlines and targets

Desirable

  • Experience using Excel
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Possess good self-motivational skills
  • Excellent organisational skills to prioritise work load
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
