Admin Assistant

  • Based at our Sawmill at Fort William,
  • Part time / Temporary

Working as a Part-Time Administrator at our busy sawmill providing assistance at our weighbridge/ Gatehouse, you’ll undertake a key office based support role, assisting in a range of general administrative and data input duties.

Specifically, some responsibilities of a Administrator include:

  • Booking in/out of all good vehicles
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering Phones and printing/collating reports
  • Maintenance of training records and safety information.

About You:

  • Ideally we’re looking for an experienced administrator used to working in a busy office,
  • Who has a fair level of IT/PC literacy, preferably including a practical working knowledge of Word & Excel.
  • Alongside this you should also have a flexible approach, coupled with good organisation and communication skills, supported by a confident, yet friendly telephone manner.
