Description

Nitec Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher and Administrative Assistant to join our Technical Services team. This role involves assisting with customer queries, working with suppliers, and supporting various departments within Nitec to achieve the delivery of our customer solutions. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing the best IT solutions for our customers, whilst transacting business with honesty and openness.

Note: We are looking for candidates who hold the right to work in the UK, and are already based in Northern Ireland or have confirmed plans to relocate here independently. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

Whilst not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, the successful candidate should expect their days to include;

·      Accepting daily deliveries and ensuring the booking in of goods to our stock system via our internal IT applications.

·      Complete a daily picking list of stock items and allocate to relevant customer projects\tickets for collection by Engineers.

·      Manage courier bookings for items that are to be shipped to customer locations.

·      Collaborate with various departments and suppliers to achieve customer success through the delivery of their IT infrastructure needs.

·      Assist with periodic stock taking checks.

·      Assist in the triage of incoming customer tickets and ensure correct assignment to the relevant team.

·      Answer customer queries over phone\email in relation to logged issues or ongoing projects.

·      Respond to incoming calls to our critical issue phone line and ensure precise and detail logging of the issues for our internal ticketing system.

·      Provide reception line phone cover during break periods or team meetings as required.

·      Support the Technical Services team with administrative tasks.

·      Go above and beyond to assist Nitec staff and customers in “doing the right thing.”


As you grow and develop in your role, these responsibilities may differ, however they will always be reasonable with sufficient training provided.

Rate of Pay

  • £22,308 - £24,000 per annum depending upon experience.
