Key Responsibilities And Duties Operational Responsibilities
- To be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers;
- Liaise with Lely regarding queries & ordering products;
- Answering the telephone, screen and direct calls and take and relay messages;
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries;
- To provide administration support to the Sales Team, maintaining and collating records using Lely CRM systems;
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording and processing day-to-day transactions, including purchase invoices, bank receipts and payments;
- Process sales from orders to final invoice;
- Data entry control. Ensure correct and consistent records are maintained to assist tracking business costs for budgeting and financial analysis and adherence to accounting standards and company policies;
- Assist in various ad-hoc administrative assignments as required.
Person Specification
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in an office environment;
- GCSE English & Maths (A* - C or equivalent);
- Proficiency in Sage and MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable outlook;
- Proactive, with good initiative and the ability to follow instructions closely;
- Capable of working effectively in a team and independently, managing workload and time efficiently
