The Role
Willmott Dixon Interiors is a leading Tier 1 contractor specialising in interiors and fit-out projects nationally. We are currently seeking a dedicated Framework Coordinator (Administrator, Document Controller) to join our team, focusing on a national Banking Framework. This role is crucial in ensuring organised and compliant project delivery from inception through to closeout.
Role Overview
As the Framework Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of projects, ensuring success and adherence to compliance standards. You will play a key role in understanding project lifecycles, managing key gateways, and facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Organise and manage various components of projects to ensure successful delivery.
Understand the lifecycle of projects for each investment level, managing key gateways from inception to closeout.
Data Management
Set up and maintain project Activity Data files on the customer’s bespoke EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) from inception.
Populate and manage the EDMS Activity Index and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Download existing FM data from EDMS and upload it to internal SharePoint sites for survey purposes.
Documentation And Reporting
Manage all data and documents related to projects in a quality-controlled manner.
Upload all necessary documents to the EDMS, ensuring compliance with customers’ requirements.
Maintain a Key Events schedule for all projects, tracking milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaboration And Communication
Coordinate between Operations, Commercial, and Design teams to ensure workflows remain on schedule.
Assign tasks to team members, clarifying expectations regarding project milestones and deliverables.
Monitor and communicate priority notices issued by our framework customer to the team for timely implementation.
Auditing And Compliance
Conduct internal audits of mandatory documents stored on SharePoint to ensure compliance and integrity.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across teams.
Experience with data management systems, preferably in a construction or project management context.
