We're looking for a Civils Site Agent to join our UKPN ED2 Alliance team based in Stevenage.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Up to £60k per annum, depending on experience.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Civils Site Agent, you'll be working within the UKPN ED2 Alliance team, supporting them in delivering civil construction works for a new Substation project.
What will your day to day look like?
Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Managing the safe and efficient delivery of complex civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
- Collaborating with mixed teams to meet project goals and ensuring alignment with the aspirations of the Project Manager, Kier, and UKPN.
- Liaising with the Commercial Team to manage subcontractors, produce financial forecasts, and maintain records for the H&S file.
- Leading weekly site progress meetings, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication with all stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
This role of Civils Site Agent is great for you if:
- You have a degree in Engineering or a related field, with chartership or are working towards it, along with relevant certifications such as CITB Temporary Works, CSCS Appointed Person, and IOSH/NEBOSH.
- You have a proven track record in managing civil works contracts, with a strong understanding of NEC3 Contracts and UKPN specifications.
- You possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing subcontractors and direct labour within a multi-trade environment.
