Nuclear Restoration Services Limited (NRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). NRS is responsible for decommissioning first generation nuclear power stations Berkeley, Bradwell, Chapelcross, Dungeness A, Hinkley Point A, Hunterston A, Oldbury, Sizewell A, Trawsfynydd and Wylfa, and research sites Harwell and Winfrith. NRS is also responsible for electricity generation at hydroelectric plant Maentwrog. As a division of NRS, NRS Dounreay is responsible for the clean-up and demolition of the former centre of fast reactor research and development.

“We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to manage the workflow within our Digital Transformation Service. This role is essential for ensuring that development processes are followed, the team stays on task, and agile methodologies are effectively implemented.
NRS is on a journey of digitalisation, with an initial focus on tools such as Microsoft365, Power Platform and AI initiatives.
You'll work closely with the Digital Change Lead managing the Azure DevOps boards, and with Solutions Architects, the Development team and business stakeholders to coordinate and manage the development of solutions.
You'll be part of a team driving the rate of Digital Transformation and benefits realisations of all digital projects, ultimately ensuring that benefits are realised by our business teams.
This role is pivotal to drive delivery of work that will fuel the future where Digital Tools revolutionise work, empowering the team to Deliver, Transform, Innovate and Grow.
You'll be proactive and highly organised, able to work with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities and yet still with a nifty knack for ensuring solutions are delivered on time and to scope.
Training and development opportunities will be provided to keep skills up-to-date with industry standards.”
Working in a hybrid arrangement, this role can be based at any of our sites and will require flexibility to travel to our other sites on an ad hoc basis. It is expected that you will work at an NRS Site at least two days per week.

There is a requirement to live within a commutable distance to the sites where the role is based.
