Agile Program Director

Responsibilities:

Strong public sector, hands-on programme delivery experience, preferably with large scale national systems.

Experience of preparing teams for GDS assessments

Experience of a variety of delivery models incl. old style waterfall, modern agile and blended techniques. Specialisation definitely on agile.

Strong evidence of delivery to exacting quality standards, including driving continuous quality improvements and adopting industry standard good practices.

Strong evidence of planning, tracking and delivering programmes to quality, time and financial parameters, including managing multiple programme simultaneously.

Strong evidence of guiding teams through project conceptualisation, road-mapping, planning and delivery.

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, including experience of dealing with C-level stakeholders

Experience of people and performance management

Experience in healthcare sector is must
