Agile Project Manager

Brown & Brown Europe are looking for an Agile Project Manager to drive the delivery of our custom-built online platform for quote, bind, and formal documentation issuance. Decus Direct goes beyond the basics by offering advanced analytics to support underwriting, portfolio analysis, and product performance.

The day to day:
- Project planning, tracking and delivery
- Project reporting & stakeholder management
- Proactive risk management and issue resolution
- Collaboration and communications (inter-team and Intradepartmental).
- Quality assurance and delivery
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Implementation of agile ceremonies
- Backlog management
- Budget and benefits tracking
- Assistance with other initiatives as required
About you:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in agile software development environments (preferably 3-5 years).
- Relevant agile project management qualification(s).
- Experience working with Azure DevOps.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project needs.
- Ability to mentor and coach teams through agile processes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Understanding of web technologies is desirable.
- Understanding of insurance is advantageous.
