AI/LLM Engineer | 6 - 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35) £650 - £700 per day

We are seeking a proactive Python Developer with hands-on experience and a strong grasp of enterprise requirements to spearhead the creation of a new AI/ML pod.

The AI/LLM Engineer will be expected to possess:

• Recent hands-on expertise in areas such as NLU, NLP, Generative AI, Semantic Models, and Knowledge Graphs.
• 2 – 3 years proven successful delivery experience of solutions utilising AI capabilities such as NLU, NLP, Generative AI, Semantic Models, and Knowledge Graphs
• Ability to conduct prompt engineering to optimize AI interactions.
• Leverage single / multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen, integrating seamlessly with existing system tools and APIs.
• Design and develop data pipelines to supply ML models with training data using Databricks / Spark
• Implement robust MLOps practices for model deployment and lifecycle management with MLflow.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML advancements and propose innovative enhancements.
• Share expertise to upskill team members within the pod and across various teams.
• Proven ability to act as an SME and leader in the AI/ML space supporting and upskilling team members within the pod and across various teams to help establish and grow capabilities
