- When you join ISG as an Analyst you will become part of the ISG team helping our clients to transform and optimize their business processes by focusing on using data and analyses to drive information technology strategies and business process transformations.
- You will begin your career at ISG being trained on consulting skills and methodologies and tools in order to provide support to ISG’s client engagements.
- You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of colleagues; many recognized industry experts, in a variety of industries with some of the top companies in the world.
- Depending upon your project assignment, you may be performing industry and client research, data gathering, data input, manipulation and analysis, financial modeling, comparing and analyzing complex information.
- You will start your ISG role working on Benchmarking and Sourcing project, in Information Technology, assisting clients with sourcing evaluations, assessments and strategy engagements. Also in assisting clients and ISG consulting teams with preparation of a base case, business case models, pricing evaluations and various scenario analyses.
- Facilitating client workshops, assisting in the preparation of client presentations and reports, and to a lesser degree, identifying opportunities to expand ISG’s client relationships.
- Supporting our Business Development process in preparing sales presentations to ISG clients and prospects.
- General interest/motivation to start working for one of the leading sourcing advisors and the ambition to develop further into becoming an expert in one of our core fields of expertise (e.g., Sourcing, Benchmarking, Cybersecurity, Change Management)
- Must have: Good verbal and written communication in English with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms
- Basic knowledge in Information Technology (cloud, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity,)
- Knowledge of Finance (business cases, simulations, financial modelling)
- Organizational talent and pragmatic hands-on approach
- Great command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically but not limited to PowerPoint and Excel (with great command of pivot tables, data crunching, etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly, be a team player, apply structured thinking and strong presentation skills
- Bachelors - Ideally with a Computer Science specialization
