Principal Duties and Accountabilities

Essential

• Application Management: Oversee the management, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ensuring it meets the Financial and Commercial needs of the business. Regularly monitor system performance and usage to optimize applications for performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• User Support and Training: Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient use of applications. Address user issues promptly and develop training materials as needed.
• Vendor engagement: Manage relationships with software vendors. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and coordinate with vendors for support and maintenance.

• System Configuration and Customisation: Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent systems to meet business needs. Develop and implement solutions that enhance system functionality.
• Data Management: Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of data within application systems. Oversee data migration and integration processes.
• Project Management: Lead projects related to the implementation, upgrade, and integration of application systems. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure applications comply with industry standards and regulations. Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data and application systems.
  
  

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations, changes, and procedures. Generate regular reports on system performance and project status for management review.
