We advise and coach managers in their management of ER cases, upholding fair and just policies in-line with legislation and best practice whilst balancing risk and commerciality to deliver the best results for our business.
What are the main responsibilities?
As an SME in Absence Management, you will hold your own caseload using your knowledge in ER and employment law, from receipt of a case through to its conclusion. You will be supporting and coaching People Managers to effectively manage short term and long-term absence cases to raise levels of attendance throughout the business.
