You’ll Do:

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the financial success of the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in preparing monthly management accounts and reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed decision-making
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts
• Supporting audit processes and compliance with internal controls
• Providing actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and administrative duties as needed

You'll Bring:

You’re not just a numbers person – you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Here’s what they value:

• Part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA (study support available!)
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within hospitality or a service industry
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems/software
