Importantly, while the aim is to build a strong London offering, ConcentricLife UK is connected to the wider US ConcentricLife agency and can share resources where necessary, such as brand designers, project managers, creative teams, medical writers, video editors, and animators via the agency’s in-house studio team known as The Furnace.
In addition, as part of Accenture Song we can also utilize the Song studio team in London and in the Accenture Song network across EMEA and Africa and Costa Rica, giving us a broad scope of talent to draw upon.
Who We Are Looking For:
ConcentricLife UK is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art who will represent the agency by creating content and concepts that fulfill clients’ needs through visual designs across various media. You are passionate about design, film and brand activations and creating beautiful work; a problem solver; and a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for healthcare and making a difference and have a clutch of shiny industry awards to prove it.
You are an approachable, hardworking team player and an open-minded, active listener with the ability to unpack complex problems with simplicity.
You are either in a similar role or looking for a step up and are ready to help build and manage a team of like-minded art directors and designers.
Reports to: Executive Creative Director
What You Will Do:
Line-manage art directors in your team
Be a strong creative voice and influence the agency’s output from a concept and art direction point of view
Provide art direction and design on a broad range of projects across various media, including patient and doctor materials, banners, emails, large websites, brand development, presentations and pamphlets
Work with the account and senior copy teams to execute unique, innovative visual solutions based on the creative business objectives
Develop knowledge of your assigned therapeutic category including the science and market dynamics as well as regulations/restrictions
Leverage your ability to build a brand visually
Present creative ideas at internal meetings, to clients, and potentially in pitch scenarios
Partner and collaborate across other departments including design, copy, account, and integrated production to ensure projects meet client and regulatory specifications
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in Art Direction/Design
5+ year of experience in healthcare advertising/marketing
A portfolio of work featuring examples of both digital and print work with strong conceptual thinking.
A strong eye for design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Conceptual creativity and strong aesthetic judgement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
The ability to tell a simple story visually and verbally
A curious mentality
