Kennedys is looking for an Associate to join the Crime & Regulatory team in London. This sis a fantastic opportunity a team that is recognised widely as being one of the leading teams in the country. The team specialises in regulatory work, particularly health, safety and environment (HSE) investigations and prosecutions together with numerous ancillary inquests and public inquiries for all industries. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist on high profile health and safety matters and cover serious public investigations following major incidents.

The Regulatory team act for numerous well-known corporate clients in all industry sectors and also receive instructions to assist policy-holder organisations from insurance companies.

Required Experience

• 1 year + with the relevant experience
• Knowledge of health and safety regulatory law
