The Role

As an Associate Director, you will:

• Serve as the lead on high-profile client accounts, focusing on corporate communications and public affairs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and cultivating new business prospects.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insightful analysis and guidance on a day-to-day basis.
• Join the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the management and growth of the business and mentoring junior team members.
• Lead client meetings and ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality work and strategic advice.
• Support and coach junior consultants to help them progress in their careers.
• Play a pivotal role in business development and support the execution of the corporate communications marketing plan.
