We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate HR Business Partner (Associate HRBP) to join our team. This role is integral to the successful delivery of our HR people plan, working closely with Senior HRBP and HRBPs to ensure the effective implementation of key activities, changes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop robust and credible relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Manage employee relations (ER) matters, including conducting investigations and managing disciplinary, capability, and grievance hearings
  • Provide professional HR advice and guidance in line with company policies and procedures to support relevant client groups
  • Coach and advise managers on sensitive or complex people-related issues, enabling them to lead effectively
  • Collate and analyse MI and risk reporting for submission to local management executive committees, board packs and compliance purposes



WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and present complex data effectively
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation



IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

  • Experience working in a large, matrix organisation
  • Experience of Cascade, PeopleFluent and other HR systems
  • Experience of working within Financial Services
