Working pattern: Term time plus Inset days (39 weeks).

Working hours: 35 hours per week - we are happy to talk about your preferred working pattern

Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £23,223 per annum

Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

The Burgess Hill Academy are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Attendance Manager to join our team.

The Attendance Manager plays a crucial role ensuring the Academy has high levels of attendance and good punctuality. Working as part of our Pastoral Team, the Attendance Manager supports the climate for learning at the Academy by providing support to student to overcome any barriers to learning.
