Job Title: B2B Sales & Operations Executive (B2B Inside Sales)

Location: York or Crawley (Hybrid)

Salary £26k - £28k depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25 day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits including Nespresso Coffee Machine and capsule allowance!

Position Summary

Driven by innovation and quality, Nespresso Professional has ambitious plans to expand its business within the OOH sector across the UK & I and is looking for a B2B Sales & Operations Executive to support our mission. You’ll be responsible for working cross-functionally to help boost sales, customer experience and Nespresso Professional brand visibility within the HORECA & Office Channels.

A day in the life of a Sales & Operations Executive…

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts and cultivating relationships with our current customer base, which includes communication through phone and email.
  • Identify and create sales opportunities within our current customer base.
  • Follow up on lead generation activities and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
  • Provide first class customer service to our customers.
  • Run targeted campaigns in conjunction with marketing.
  • Fostering and sustaining positive relationships and collaboration across different departments.
  • Ensure brand visibility standards are adhered to and up-to-date support materials are offered and refreshed in line with our latest guidelines.
  • Administration & sales support within the Channels including reporting & sales system management.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes, organisational capability and lead generation in UK market.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Sales experience is desirable.
