Banking/Finance Lawyer - 1-4 PQE - London

We are working on an excellent opportunity with a Magic Circle firm who are looking for Associates to join their Leveraged Finance team.

The Role

You will advise clients across a broad spectrum of leveraged finance transactions, including sponsor-backed deals, acquisition financing, and refinancing's. As part of this collaborative and dynamic team, you will:

• Work closely with market-leading partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value deals.
• Build strong relationships with prominent private equity sponsors, investment banks, and corporate borrowers.
• Develop your expertise in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in leveraged finance, ideally gained at a top-tier law firm.
• Strong technical skills in leveraged and acquisition finance, with a keen interest in sponsor-led transactions.
• A proactive and commercial mindset, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
