Job Description
Join our Banqueting team in Hampshire! Your responsibilities will include communicating and serving guests of banquets, meetings & events at the property. Preparing appropriate mise en place, ensuring standards of service are maintained at all times, setting and clearing tables, anticipating guest needs. This role is suited to individuals who are passionate about providing luxury service and ensuring guest satisfaction by going the extra mile. You will be working collaboratively with our Kitchen teams in order to provide flawless service. This role provides insight into Front of House F&B operations, with frequent on-the-job training and opportunities to develop your talents.

Main Duties
- Ability to communicate internally with team members across a number of different departments.
- Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system.
- Coordinate food timings.
- Transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food station's.
- The need for excellent time management.
