The Opportunity:
As an HR Manager specializing in Benefits at Astellas, your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end employee life cycle across 50+ countries, ensuring high-quality and consistent HR services while delivering a positive employee experience. You will act as a subject matter expert in key HR areas, including Reward, Benefits, Global Mobility, and Job Evaluation, with a strong focus on optimizing and enhancing the employee benefits experience. This includes overseeing benefits programs, ensuring they align with employee needs and company objectives, and handling complex benefits-related cases from start to finish. Reporting to the HR Team Lead, you will collaborate with the People Services team, the broader HR function, and directly with business units to continuously improve HR service delivery.
