About the Role: We are looking for a motivated BeyondTrust level 3 engineer to join our team and support the delivery of critical infrastructure and security programs.
As a BeyondTrust Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing BeyondTrust solutions, focusing on account and password management as well as secure remote access. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant systems that support our operations in the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Configure and manage BeyondTrust Password Safe and Privileged Remote Access tools.
- Develop and enforce policies for account and password management to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and audit privileged access activities to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BeyondTrust systems.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate BeyondTrust solutions with other enterprise security tools.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
- Support compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, HIPAA, GDPR).
- Assess and improve existing PAM processes to meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with BeyondTrust solutions.
- Proven expertise in privileged access management, secure remote access, and password vaulting.
- Experience in the life sciences industry and familiarity with relevant compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and frameworks.
- Proficiency in integrating BeyondTrust with Active Directory and other identity management systems.
- Ability to develop scripts and automation for PAM solutions (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working at a Big 4 accounting firm or Accenture is preferred.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM certification is desirable.
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.
- Understand the privacy and confidentiality of clients (will be under NDA).
