Responsibilities
- Ensure brand integrity across the organisation, aligning campaigns and initiatives with recruitment needs.
- Strategically support cross-functional projects to advance the people agenda and drive collaboration.
- Manage and grow Careers social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with engaging campaigns that highlight employee experiences.
- Develop and deliver a global content strategy, creating videos, imagery, stories, blogs and social media updates.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in content creation, copywriting, managing ambassador campaigns, and leveraging employer brand channels, platforms and tools.
- Demonstrates positive behaviors and attributes, with the confidence to provide guidance and hands-on expertise in Employer Branding and social media best practices.
- Possesses a genuine passion for social media, digital platforms, and technology.
- Proficient in video and still image editing, with experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
