Location: Tachbrook Park, Warwick (Hybrid Working)

Salary:£35,000-£40,000 (DOE)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Accountant to partner with our central support functions and provide insightful financial analysis to senior management.

The Role

As a Business Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing the financial performance of central support functions and collaborating with leadership to drive decision-making. You will deliver accurate and timely financial information, support forecasting processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Business partnering with central support functions, analysing and communicating financial performance.
• Providing financial support, analysis, and challenge to drive business decisions.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, and KPIs.
• Supporting forecasting processes and collaborating with non-finance managers.
• Identifying and implementing process and control improvements.
• Reviewing variances to forecasts and raising actions to enhance performance.
• Participating in cross-finance and business initiatives to add value.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications:
• Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• Experience:
• Relevant experience in a financial environment.
• Solid understanding of management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting techniques.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting systems, financial planning tools, and spreadsheets (SAP S4 HANA and SAP BPC experience is advantageous).
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
