Location: Hybrid - London 3 days a week in the office

Package: Contract - Negotiable

Are you a skilled problem solver with a keen eye for detail? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team! The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into data analysis and reporting needs, ensuring project deliveries meet business requirements by working closely with business stakeholders and Data team and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

The day to day:

• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into data analysis and reporting needs
• Design dashboards to help stakeholders understand business performance and make data driven decisions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• To plan and lead workshops with business and technical staff, documenting outputs, proactively seeking subsequent agreement and sign-off
• To reconcile conflicting information obtained from multiple sources and be able to recognise the “big picture” from a jumble of low-level information
• To act as a conduit between business staff and the technical development and support teams, whether internal or external
• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to understand development requirements
• Act in line with our company vision and values at all times.

About you:

• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to identify business problems and propose effective solutions
• Proficient in SQL and Data Visualisation tools
• Python - Coding
• Excellent understanding of Agile development methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Degree educated in Business, Analytics or related field
• Experience in business analysis within a technology team
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Azure
• Experience with data warehousing
