We're recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a dynamic team, working on a hybrid basis from their Gloucester office with flexibility to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements for the in-house Policy Admin System (PAS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define future state processes and lead workshops.
- Deliver high-quality project documentation, including user stories and process flows.
- Partner with developers to ensure business needs are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business analysis, particularly in the insurance sector.
- Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders at all levels.
