Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new markets and clients for HVAC maintenance contracts
- Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct surveys, prepare quotations, and submit tenders
- Work closely with an experienced team to exceed sales targets and objectives
About You
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within HVAC or service contracts (not essential)
- A personable and engaging individual with outstanding relationship-building skills
- Confident working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Target-driven, commercially astute, and strategic in your approach
- Exceptional time management, negotiation, and planning abilities
