What's the role about?
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring growth and alignment with KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers and implementation
Drive strategic market penetration through consultative selling and innovative solutions.

- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities valued at £63 million annually
- Conduct proactive customer engagement via in-person and virtual meetings
- Align customer needs with innovative packaging solutions to create tailored strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure efficient handovers to Packaging Consultants
- Deliver value-driven pitches that enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements

Benefits
Hours: 41¼ per week.
Salary: £60-70K + potential :£5-10K company bonus scheme.
Location: Attend HQ in Leeds 1 day per week, but can be based in Yorkshire, East Midlands, West Midlands, North West.
