We are seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team in this national role. In this position, you will focus on driving sales through our existing healthcare distributor partners, with the ultimate goal of ensuring sustained growth across the full Diversey UK portfolio (including chemicals, dosing and dispensing equipment, and cleaning machinery).


In this role, you will collaborate closely with our healthcare distributors, developing growth strategies and equipping them for success. This may involve training distributors on our product range or identifying end-users for them to target. Building and maintaining strong relationships will be key, so we are looking for a candidate with a proven history of nurturing relationships within a B2B market. Since identifying new opportunities is also part of the role, you should demonstrate expertise in securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and sales through various avenues, including contacts, trade fairs, and meetings.
  • Target and secure qualified opportunities with new national customers, focusing on growing sales.
  • Develop and maintain a business funnel for key customers/segments.
  • Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers and key employees within customer organizations.
  • Implement sector-specific measures to facilitate sales growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, championing Diversey’s offerings.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience in distributor field sales.
  • Previous experience in Business Development, B2B, and working with Large Corporate Accounts.
  • Basic digital skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Adaptability, persistence, and a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence to succeed.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
