Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive expertise in selling and developing business opportunities within the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through the development of fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies for fixed and mobile network services, as well as ICT solutions, targeting both new and existing clients.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including telecom operators, service providers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and product teams, to ensure solutions meet client needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or sales within the telecom industry, specifically in fixed networks, mobile networks, and ICT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the telecom landscape, including emerging technologies and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and business growth.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
