Job Type: Permanent, Full Time.
Winmark's core hours are 9:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, however, there may be occasions where you are required to work outside of this.

The Role
Reporting to the C-Suite Director, this role is responsible for delivering 2 to 5 network programmes and managing accounts to maximise satisfaction and engagement. The role is split into three main activities:
50% building and delivering the programme
40% delivering value to clients (including account development)
10% administration

Key Responsibilities
- Learn about the member roles, how their area operates and where their pressures and opportunities may be.
- Listen and identify member requirements (MEP: Member Engagement Plans) and uncover risks, opportunities and other issues, making connections as appropriate.
- Deliver relationship building opportunities for network partners (where they are in place) that add value for members to secure technical partners renew year on year.
- Deliver a World Class meetings programme that delivers value and inspires members.
- Ensure all feedback and account communications are actioned on in a timely (usually immediately) and high quality fashion.
- Identify content opportunities, social media opportunities and other entrepreneurial activities that adds value to the client and or Winmark.
- Work closely with team to support research, other networks and other products and services.
- Create energy and momentum in the network that encourages non-members to want to be part of the community.
- Demonstrate strong account management and drive renewal rates.
- Understand the sales proposition, how the network adds value and be practiced in delivering it.
- Support the upselling of Winmark services to members and partners.
- Maximise growth through prompting referrals, supporting business development campaigns and the Marcoms programme.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop, nurture, and expand high-value client relationships.
- Strong track record in growing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities.
- Genuine passion for empowering leaders to excel and driving impactful change within organisations.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide innovative, practical solutions.
- Natural ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about achieving excellence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required
- Finance experience would be advantageous
