Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of TSA (The Survey Association) guidelines and our in-house CAD standards
- Integrate multiple data sets, perform data cleaning, and produce final drawings for clients
- Working alongside an Engineering team within the airside environment
- Develop 3D models from point cloud data using Autodesk Revit
- Process 3D polyline CAD models in accordance with PAS128, Vision, and third-party standards using AutoCAD
- Ensure the quality of on-site information and its successful transition into deliverables
- Perform any additional duties as needed by the business
Requirements
- The environment can be fast-paced and dynamic, requiring candidates to adapt quickly to changes and effectively prioritise their workloads
- We seek individuals who can handle multiple tasks, exhibit adaptability, perform well under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and contribute positively as team members
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for both 2D and 3D design
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Desirable Qualifications
- Completion of City & Guilds Level 3 in Computer-Aided Design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for 3D design
- Experience in surveying, engineering, or construction
