We have a great opportunity in our Data Operations & Commercial Delivery Team for a Campaign Executive. This role will play a key part in enabling D&G to achieve its campaigning contact strategy, through the successful execution/delivery of a wide variety of direct marketing campaigns across direct mail, telephony, email and SMS channels.
The key responsibility of this role will be to ensure campaigns are translated from campaign brief and to contribute to the maintenance of campaigns which will include making changes to improve performance of campaigns and documenting all the changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and execute the monthly campaign schedule timely and accurately
- Run morning and end of day reports by agreed timelines
- Monitor Deliver email campaigns and real time campaigns daily, raising any issues to Management
- Ensure administration logs and campaign trackers are kept up to date for audit purposes
- Participate and communicate effectively in team meetings
- File and manage campaign output reports daily, escalating any arising issues
- Manage and log BAU requests and email execution briefs (EEBS) and escalate or feedback any issues to the requestor.
- Ensure data integrity through following internal QA processes, identifying issues and escalating through correct channels
- Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that they are kept up to date with any issues affecting timely and accurate campaign deployment
- Identify and escalate opportunities for improvements in marketing and operational performance
- Identify and recommend any improvements in the BAU processes on an ad hoc basis
Skills And Experience Required
- Strong Administration skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with all levels of management
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build lasting working relationships
- Ability to work independently; with a 'can-do' proactive attitude
- Attention to detail is a MUST to ensure customer data is treated correctly.
