The Role: Candidate Management Analyst (Front End)
The Resourcing function is focused on the delivery of top talent, at all levels, for today and for the future for M&G. The strategy focuses on people, process and technology to gain efficiencies and increase productivity with the outcome of better results for the business, function and candidates.
The team is forward looking, able to understand the changing market and stay ahead of hiring trends. It consists of skilled recruiters with deep business and technical knowledge who can tap into diverse candidate pools and attract top talent into the organisation.
The Candidate Management Analyst will provide support to the Recruitment team on permanent recruitment. The role will support a wide range of operational activity, including Workday Requisition Management and Candidate Management support for the entire business.
To thrive in this role you will have strong knowledge of Workday Recruitment processes, and posses a deep understanding of candidate experience management. Your success in the position will be driven by excellent organisational and time management skills, coupled with strong attention to detail. You will be used to working on a very varied workload with experience of prioritising your time across varied commitments and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
- Oversee and co-ordinate interview scheduling across the business, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring managers.
- Efficiently manage requisitions via Workday, overseeing the process from initiation to approval.
- Validate requisitions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information input in required fields, to optimise subsequent recruitment stages.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to address requisition-related enquiries, enabling them to utilise support and tools on internal HR platforms (i.e.) People Hub, enabling them to self-serve.
- Assist Recruiters in conducting recruitment assessments as part of the candidate evaluation process.
- Work cross functionally with subject matter experts (SME's) for visa checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Support Business As Usual (BAU) and project-specific re-deployment activities to enhance internal talent utilisation.
- Support Early Careers campaigns, manage Careers Days, and participate in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives.
- Manage the Purchase Order (PO), finance fiscal process for agency.
- Conduct monthly quality checking review, for interview feedback and candidate dispositioning, in accordance with policy and controls.
- Support Recruiters with Hiring Manager briefings, role profile creation, and effective campaign management.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in candidate management, recruitment support, or a similar role
- Familiarity with Workday recruiting processes, with a strong focus on requisition management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- Ability to adapt to fast paced and dynamic environment
