About The Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our Workforce Optimisation team as a Capacity Planning Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering accurate, up-to-date performance data across all our contact centre services. Your primary responsibility will be to collect, analyse, and present numerical data to operational teams and wider business audiences in a timely and actionable manner.

As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will be tasked with providing accurate resource models to forecast demand over short, medium, and long-term periods—up to one year—using our current Workforce Management (WFM) software, as well as your own methods for modelling outside the existing solution. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, utilizing industry best practices to deliver insights and recommendations.

You will also be responsible for configuring and populating web-based dashboards, such as Power BI, to support the leadership team in managing performance. Your role will involve accurate data manipulation from diverse sources and ensuring robust "what-if" scenario modelling and impact analyses. Ideally the right person be able to work with large, complex datasets and produce actionable insights for business stakeholders, Experience with digital channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Webchat, Facebook) is a plus and have expertise in creating, amending, and analysing performance reports across multiple channels and sites.

Advanced skills in packages including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, DAX, Power Query, and familiarity with SQL, Visual Basic, APIs, and Power Automate is highly desirable.

A key part of the role will be adhering to company data security policies, particularly with customer/client data. You will ensure data is anonymized where appropriate, simplify complex datasets, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders effectively.

About You

We are looking for someone with proven experience manipulating large datasets across multiple systems, providing insights to key business stakeholders. Ideally, you have experience collaborating with digital contact data sets such as WhatsApp, Webchat, and Facebook, and are keen to stay up to date with evolving technologies and market trends.

You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization, particularly with teams that support our current technological solutions. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently to develop analytics are essential. You will also be adept at building positive relationships with key stakeholders to gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements.

In addition, you will have a strong history of creating performance MI, with the ability to analyse multi-channel data and identify contributing factors to performance across various channels and locations.
