Your Role:

As a Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first. You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership: Inspirational managers with strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, with strong commercial acumen.
• Continuous Improvement: Commitment to developing an environment focused on continuous improvements.
• Effective Communication: Confident and influential leadership style, capable of fostering a supportive team environment.

About Berkeley House Care Home:

Set in Bilton Grange just next to Alderman Kneeshaw Park, Berkeley House has excellent transport links from Hull. The home provides residential care for those living with dementia. With a real family feel, the team are passionate about providing person centred care, championing dignity and independence - organising a wide variety of activities meaning there's no typical day here.
