Here at Lifeways in Stafford we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work, however, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.

This Service is located just a short walk from Stafford’s vibrant town centre, and many people enjoy the rewards and responsibility that comes with working or volunteering in the local community.

At this service, we support a group of people with diverse needs, ages and levels of independence. Some of the people we support here volunteer or have jobs in the local area. The staff team support some people to prepare and cook meals together, working towards different goals.
