Introduction
Radius is seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing partners, driving growth through the recruitment of new partners and supporting existing partners with tailored marketing initiatives.
Your efforts will help expand the reach of our telematics solutions, including vehicle tracking, dash cams, and asset tracking, while ensuring partners have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director - Telematics, as well as the Global Partnerships Director, to create and execute marketing programs that strengthen our partner ecosystem, drive partner engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy and Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel marketing strategy to attract new partners and support the growth of existing partnerships.
- Identify and target prospective partners, creating marketing campaigns that showcase the value of partnering with Radius.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Director and the wider partnerships team to define and execute partner recruitment strategies.
Partner Enablement and Support
- Design and deliver marketing programs and materials to help partners effectively promote and sell Radius telematics solutions.
- Create co-branded marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital resources that align with partner needs and market opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance to partners on marketing best practices and campaign execution.
Lead Generation and Partner Growth
- Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and increase sales.
- Develop and manage initiatives such as webinars, events, and targeted promotions to support partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, share insights with partners, and recommend strategies to optimise outcomes.
Relationship Management and Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with existing partners, acting as their primary marketing contact within Radius.
- Work closely with the Partnerships Director to ensure marketing activities align with broader partnership goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product marketing and sales, to deliver cohesive and impactful partner support.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Use data and insights to refine strategies, prioritise initiatives, and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
- Ensure alignment with overall business goals and partner-specific objectives.
Market Research and Competitive Insights
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and partner needs to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Use insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and new partnership growth.
Brand and Messaging Consistency
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all partner marketing initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring partners align with Radius’ values and standards while tailoring marketing to local and industry-specific needs.
Budget Management
- Manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact.
- Track and report on budget utilisation, ensuring accountability and alignment with financial parameters.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in channel or partner marketing, with a track record of driving growth through indirect sales channels.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage and influence partners at all levels.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using analytics to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and deliver training to partners.
- Experience in telematics, SaaS, or a related technology industry is a plus.
