Description
The new Chief Of Operations role presents an exciting opportunity for a strong, visionary individual with excellent leadership skills, operational experience and a “can-do” attitude, to join Primary Care Doncaster! A brand new role within the organisation, this is ready and waiting for the right person to make it their own and cement their reputation as a high-flying leader, achieving ambitious and innovative goals. The Chief Of Operations will: lead a high-performing team in the provision of services to practices and patients across Doncaster; be accountable for the achievement of contractual outcomes and quality indicators within those services; and secure new opportunities for further growth, mobilising and implementing the infrastructure as required.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, with a track record in operational delivery, the Chief of Operations will drive the service delivery arm of the organisation forward. It is a fast-paced environment, providing crucial primary care services to patients and residents in Doncaster. We are seeking someone that will invest themselves in the purpose of our organisation, be prepared to “think outside the box” and go the extra mile, safe in the knowledge that their colleagues will do the same. A “can-do”, entrepreneurial approach is imperative, as we go in search of new contracts and income streams that will strengthen the organisation’s foundations for longevity and sustainability. And perhaps most important of all, the Chief of Operations will be a team player with integrity and empathy, who achieves success by empowering and coaching others, unlocking and maximising their potential, and contributing to the unique PCD culture of trust and support.
The mission of Primary Care Doncaster (PCD) Ltd is to help practices help their patients.
