This role involves carrying out the general day to day cleaning of communal areas of our housing estates and offices. You will be required to work as part of a team to provide an efficient, effective and high quality cleaning service. You will possess good communication and organising skills and have a good understanding and knowledge of health and safety.

WATMOS Community Homes is a unique social housing landlord owning just over 2700 homes for rent in the Walsall area of the West Midlands and Lambeth in London. There are also 300 leaseholder properties. As a charitable housing provider, our main role is to provide accommodation for people in need of housing.
