Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor for a portfolio of sites in the Reading area.

• Monday to Friday
• 37.5 hours a week
• Hours range between 6am - 8pm
• £12 per hour
  
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• To supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
• To effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes.
• Ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
• To represent the business and meet client representatives on sites.
• Ordering stock for sites and completing timesheets.
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

• UK Manual Driving Licence (vehicle provided).
• Experience managing multiple cleaning teams.
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
